Jacqueline Moreau Aymard, founding partner of MGA, has over 15 years’ experience in the Intellectual Property field. She has handled a wide portfolio of clients providing legal advice to domestic and international companies in the industries of food, beverage, pharmaceutical, mass consumption goods, banking and media.

She is a member of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), where she currently holds the position of National Delegate for Venezuela; she is also a member of the Education Committee where she serves as Secretary. She is also a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Venezuelan Association of Industrial Property Agents (COVAPI), where she serves as Vice President.

Trademark law. Copyright and related rights. Patents, industrial designs and utility models. Planning and acquisition of intangible assets and shares in intellectual property rights. International trademark protection, unfair competition. Defensive protection and defense of domain names.


Lawyer graduated from the University of Los Andes (ULA) in 1997 (Merida, Venezuela).

She completed graduate studies in Intellectual Property at the University of Los Andes in 2001.
