Jacqueline Moreau Aymard, founding partner of MGA, has over 15 years’ experience in the Intellectual Property field. She has handled a wide portfolio of clients providing legal advice to domestic and international companies in the industries of food, beverage, pharmaceutical, mass consumption goods, banking and media.
She is a member of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), where she currently holds the position of National Delegate for Venezuela; she is also a member of the Education Committee where she serves as Secretary. She is also a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Venezuelan Association of Industrial Property Agents (COVAPI), where she serves as Vice President.
